The Monroe Caluber has some of the most friendly staff. They were a pleasure to work with and my vehixle was repaired better than expected. It was a big hit and I cannot even tell it now. CJ even called to make sure I was happy with the repair and answered some questions I had very professionally. Everyone was friendly and took the job seriously. I cannot thank them enough for the hard work and professionalism they put into fixing my car. Great job.

Neglected to see some of the damage. Paint job not smooth, looks like an orange peel.

Very friendly. However, my car was dropped off Sunday evening, so repair work could begin Monday morning. I communicated this to (Patty?) I called at 2:30 to check on my car and she said she hadn't even checked the key lock box yet. I feel almost an entire day was lost due to this. When I pointed out my dissatisfaction, was told that they would make it right. This has yet to be determined.
