Overall, the customer service was good, and I appreciated the text updates that kept me informed throughout the process. However, when I called the front office with questions, Jessica (who I believe was the receptionist) came across as lacking compassion and understanding. As a customer concerned about the repair process, getting my car back on time, and rental assistance, I expected more empathy and professionalism. Unfortunately, the interaction felt rude and dismissive.

Everyone did an excellent job. The repair was finished ahead of schedule. Repair looks great. My rear backup camera not working. I’m not sure if the accident impact took it on out.
