My radio and satellite were working and when I picked up my car my touch screen satellite Bluetooth and radio were not working. We are addressing this through caliber to see if there is something they can do before I call AAA

Some components like radio satellite and touch screen not working after I received the vehicle back. Little bit overspray or going over area too much makes it look a little porous and paint not smooth across the hood also notice small 3-in scratch on the quarter panel that was not there before but I can live with that I just need my audio and touch screen fixed

I think the personnel at Caliber need to be trained a bit better. I was told an untruth about what was discussed and I found out payment was requested and received over a week before my car was returned to me. I am now left in a position of getting my repairs completed myself, unless I wanted to apparently leave the car for 3 more weeks for what was a scuffed bumper that took 2 over 2 weeks to half complete. Not happy at all.

I was kept informed, if two notifications in over two weeks satisfies. Nice people; good work. Once they started the work I wished they had reached out to let me know it would be a two week job.
