Same as before, this is the 2nd time I entrusted Caliber to my vehi c le, both times I was dissatisfied. The manager was contacted by my daughter and stated she would make sure the vehicle would be right this time,obviously that ball completely dropped. I'm still waiting on information about the alignment, never received because I don't believe it happened, because it sure doesn't feel like it when I drive..I need some explanation and more concern about this amateurish work that was performed. Not acceptable!
