The only downfall is that Selective said they paid the shop and when I picked up my vehicle I also paid the shop. I have been asking for a couple of days if they can confirm they received a check and no one will answer me

Just from my own experience is why the low score. And if you're professional and this is your job..why should I be disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of quality work done? I paid my deductible and as far as I'm concerned it should be refunded back to me

Vehicle was promised to be ready..associate stated he didn't like the paint..wanted to redo. Then week later picked vehicle up panel on vehicle is loose and other area not secure.
