For the most part, I was very satisfied but once ai started driving, I realized the R passenger camera was not functioning properly. I called Zec and he was very good and told me to bring it back next week and they will take care of it. But I can’t say I was completely satisfied at this time, until that gets fixed. But the customer service was otherwise excellent.

My experience with Caliber has been pretty unsatisfactory. I had to drive there 4 times; once to drop off my car, a second time to return my car because it wasn’t even fully repaired when they told me to pick it up the first time, a third time to pick up my car again (luckily it was basically fixed to a tee this time), and then a fourth time to pick up parts that took extra long to get delivered to the shop (and I had to put them on my vehicle myself). They also promised me I’d have it back within a week when they told me the first estimate, and somehow it took a week and a half, with some parts taking over two weeks to get to the shop.

It seems like they rushed the job and couldn’t keep the promises they’d make, but they did pay for the replacement aftermarket badges that were on my car when it came in damaged, because they promised to return the car “as is when it came in the shop the first time”, but repaired.
