Depends on next steps. Your front office people are great, your repair people I'm not at all impressed with.

Well, 1) My Tonneau Cover was not put back on my truck when I arrived to pick it up. They pulled it out and it was missing. They found it in the shop and put it back on before I left. 2) Someone Broke the retaining clip on my LR Front running light on my dully fender without replacing it and it was hanging out. I was told they they would order and replace, I have not heard anything yet. 3) Driving home I rode over the rail road tracks and I thought I was going to lose my Tailgate. Stopped Truck to investigate and the tailgate bushings were missing. Took tailgate off and put in the back of the truck to get home. 4) Before arriving home I went stopped by the Shell Station to fill-up the truck. Notice my Fuel Filler door inner liner and stop was missing. Now this was all within a mile or so from picking it up. It was after 5:00 pm before I left the Caliber Collision on a Friday. I was going to take my Grandson Jr. Dragster to a race the next day. Did not attend as I was now wondering what next was either mission or going to fall off the truck. I spend the morning tightening up all the bracket bolts to the rear bumper as they were not torqued properly and the bumper spacing was 1/4" from side to side. I did find my Tailgate Bushings in my back seat under my Granddaughters child seat, Not sure how they got there? Then Found my Fuel Filler Inner Liner and Stop that fits on my Filler Door on the back floor almost under my floor mat, again not sure how that ended up there. I'm calling today 9/6/2022 to let you all know that the 3M take holding my Left Fender Lip on is separating from the truck and from the fender. Not sure how I should feel, so why don't you let me know what you think I should be feeling right now?

You really need to differentiate the names of the different Caliber shops .I went to 3 different Caliber shops with the SAME EXACT NAME within the same half mile radius to find my car.It was nonsensical…. You are a billion dollar corporation spend some money on name variety to make it easy for customers to find their cars.

However as a larger corporate note You need to invest money into separate names for your shops .. there are 6 Caliber shops with the same exact name within a 2 mile radius.. it took me a 45 min to find the correct place. This is in no way the fault of the shop because they gave me the correct address .. google map navigation confuses the address with the other 5 Caliber shops. You need to figure out how to create name distinctions amongst your shops …because now it is a bit ridiculous for your customers
