What started off as a very stressful situation (I was in a car accident with my two children) was quickly put to ease thanks to Alex and his team. Alex handle everything from A to Z for me. I couldn’t ask for anything more! I was kept in the loop through everything but had to worry about nothing! Will definitely be going back if needed. Everyone at this shop definitely needs to be recognized! Thank you can’t be said enough for how appreciated of them I am.

Caliber did an excellent job, for starters the staff has been super pleasant & professional at every location I have dealt with. Repairs at Caliber was very well done. It was excellent in all respects. No way of knowing that damage ever occurred on the vehicle. Literally unbelievable when you look at the restoration. Impeccable in everyway. My wife and I are very impressed with Caliber. Keep up the good work!

Found new damage to front bumper that was not there when I dropped car off for repair, quarter glass window on passenger rear not tinted as was previously, passenger side back panel still has scuffs, small indented spot on passenger side back panel.
