There’s still plastic from the repaired light left in the back. I forgot my Stanley on the counter in the reception, and when my Wife went back in to get it the staff acted like I hadn’t left it there. She persisted and an employee begrudgingly went back into his office and brought it out to her. The receptionist is miserable and disinterested in her job.

The staff here was so amazing to work with from start to finish. Both Ronald and Malik kept me informed of all repairs and next steps throughout the entire process. They assisted me with getting my rental car and the repairs made the car look new again. I highly recommend them. Great people, great energy, great work.

As I've stated before, my customer service experience was outstanding at a rating of 10 alone. However, I wish the repair finished product was equivalent to original state before the damages (i.e, headlight fully replaced, small holes in paint or plastic near headlight section, etc). However, the repair was at standard satisfactory level (e.g., major scrapes were replaced and accurately matched paint).

The auto shop did a good job with the repairs. There were a few small details, I wish have been attended to better with the finished product to be equivalent to original state before the damages. For example the headlight still has a few small scrapes on it so I wish it would've been fully replaced as in the original estimate on 7/1. In addition, there are some small holes in paint or plastic near headlight section. However, the repair was at standard satisfactory level as of now.
