I came to get a deep scratch from a huge (bulk item) grocery store cart rolling into my car at a grocery store repaired. It took well over a month to fix. I received a bill from the rental car agency, for overage, which you all took care of. However, the timing is the issue. I was informed that the tech broke/lost a part to my vehicle and that was the delay. Then upon receipt, my parking sensors were not calibrated as they kept going off. Dirty hand stains were all on the sunroof and headliner. I had to request that they clean it up. They took my car through an automated car wash because they were short staffed and could not wash by hand. I NEVER take my AUDI Q7 through a car wash. It damages your vehicle. However, the customer service I received from Ronald EXCEEDED my expectations. He was the only one that made sure my concert were addressed.

10/10 Service – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were top-tier. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Mr. Ronald Evans communication was AMAZING!! They kept me updated throughout every step of the repair process and worked seamlessly with my insurance. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new – the repairs were flawless, and the attention to detail was impressive. They even cleaned the interior! It’s rare to find a shop that combines excellent craftsmanship with exceptional customer service, but Caliber Collision delivers on both. I wouldn’t hesitate to return (hopefully I won’t need to!), and I recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs. Thank you for a job well done!

The person I had as a contact never seemed to know about my vehicle. He referenced other vehicles on calls, and was very unclear about whether parts were there or not. He also stated my car would be done on Friday- it wasn't and no call was made to us until we called on Monday asking for status- where again he left a message referencing another vehicle. We spoke to someone else who confirmed our car would be finished Monday.
