The repairs were good but I found cigaret ash on my floor and the door and interior gas body work dust all over it its ganna take me hours to clean this as well as a greedy substance on my rear seat and it still had a piece off tape on the top off the truck, the repair itself looks good but everything surrounding that was terrible I've used other calibers in the past and had high expectations and was let down and my rear window switch passenger side is now broken and doesn't sit in its place it just falls out

Truck was full off body work dust and had cigarette ashes in it spots were missed the repair was incomplete not happy with it I wouldn't go back to this location the previous time I used caliber it was awsome I don't know what happened at this one 4 out off 10

Amber was great over all. Communication could have been more frequent but Amber stayed calm with our stress and made us feel heard. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy with the job before leaving!
