Absolutely, Richard was great at updating me on the progress of the repair every step of the repair. He was even so nice when I came back the next day because I forgot my garage door opener. He walked with me on a super hot day all the way to the back parking lot so I could retrieve it. All the staff was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision. Thanks so much!

Wow! The work that Caliber Collision on Wms. Rd in Monroe NC do is unbelievable. I promise you when you get your vehicle back it looks brand new. No one will ever know it was damaged. And they go an extra mile to clean and wax your vehicle. I'm extremely thankful to Mr. Richard and the crew for treating my vehicle as it was there own. So I say from the time you walk through the door you're maid to feel like family. The receptionist is amazing and very pleasant. So the great experience at Caliber Collision was great from beginning to end. I absolutely love them to life🥰

This was my first time being in a situation that required car/body repair due to an accident. From the insurance to body shop repair. A job well done! Richard notified me every step of the way along with the friendly front staff and to mention the repair!! SUPERB JOB.The paint job along with dent repair is spot on. It looks so good, I've thought about getting them to repair the rest of the little dings and dents. 10/10 I highly recommend!!!
