During the time my car was being repaired I was kept up to date on the status and how the repairs were coming along. Upon picking up my car everyone was friendly and helpful. Friendly service. They were very helpful and went out of their way to take care of helping us connect with our rental car. They have a ride to pick up our rental when it was going to take a while for it to be delivered to us. They were concerned about our situation. The car repair was done quickly. Amazingly, we took it on Monday morning and got the call it was done Tuesday afternoon. Very professional service. Thank you to everyone at Monroe Caliber Collision!
