If they won't stand by their work and do a better job and fix what they should have done to begin with; not very likely that I will recommend them to anyone.

Bumper repair was not smoothed out on both sides and we were told it was a manufacture stamp and it would take time to sand it out and paint. That should have been done before leaving the shop to fix my car correctly. This is very noticeable on the drivers side. I run a diesel business and can't send truck out half fixed. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Everyone was wonderful, the repairs look great the only thing I would improve is communication regarding where the car is in the repair process. I have used caliber when it was b&r and feel my previous experience with communication was better than this time. Thank you.
