Upon picking up my vehicle from Caliber Collision last Friday (06/19/2026), the first thing that caught my attention is the placement of the bumper. The placement on the passenger side wasn’t properly aligned and the bumper wasn’t secured in place. Notably, this often happens when using aftermarket parts versus using genuine manufactured parts. I pointed this out to Michael, the shop employee and after mentioning it a few times, he pulled my vehicle back inside the shop. Supposedly they made an adjustment to the bumper and that should’ve fixed the issue. He clearly stated that as time passes the bumper will begin to shift in place as it should (not his words verbatim but similar). Well, today as I’m walking to my car from work, I notice the bumper on passenger side is beginning to detach from my vehicle near the fender area. I have no clue why this happening because I was told that the bumper would basically shift into position over time. I would like for the bumper to be looked at and properly repaired. Thank you
