I have used Caliber Collision previously per USAA's suggestion. Therefore, I was glad that I was able to revisit them for the repairs necessary after having been struck while in a parking lot. A couple of things stand out about this recent experience. First, and foremost, I was ALWAYS recognized and called by name whenever I entered the facility, either by Michelle or Mike. Very impressed by this. Secondly, I was updated as to the status of work being conducted and did find find it necessary to call for updates. And, upon picking up my car at the conclusion of the repairs it was returned to me in a very clean condition, which was greatly appreciated. I do hope that I do not need this service again, but if I do find myself in need of automotive repairs in the future I know where to go to resolve my worries. Thanks for the positive experience!

Previous experience with Caliber Collision, referred by USAA. Most notable was the fact that both Michelle and Mike called me by name as soon as they saw me enter the facility. I was kept updated as to the status of the work being conducted, which eliminated my having to call for updates. All correspondence regarding insurance approvals was handled by the facility. Upon picking my car up after completion of all work the car was in very clean condition and ready for the road. I will return if future needs arise for automotive repairs. Good job by all concerned!

I am extremely please that the team worked so quickly to get my repair completed 2 days earlier than expected. Great work team! Also, the team at this Caliber location has always given me excellent and complete service. Unlike a different location I used once because it was closer to home, I have never had to return my car to have something corrected, or completed. This team catches everything this first time!

I have always been extremely satisfied with this location of Caliber Collision. When I moved and needed car repair my insurance suggested a location of Caliber much closer to my residence. I used them twice, both times having to take my car back for rework. Since then I have always returned to the Monroe location because al their constant attention to details and their timely updates on the progress of my repair.
