After an underwhelming repair elsewhere, Alex stepped up with honesty, great communication, and real effort. He made sure my Subaru was repaired with all original parts, kept me updated without making empty promises, and even got my car done 5 days earlier than expected. I’m truly grateful — he was amazing and absolutely deserves recognition.
