On the first day of entering Caliber Collision. I was very disappointed at the disrespectful, rude receptionist. She never did greet or acknowledge my presence. After 20min. of seatind down and waiting for her response, I had to say something to her and her response was, "I never noticed you coming in". Just lies. I was sitting 2 seats away from her desk, in eye contact and my phone had rang. But she was still rude and never did apologize or offered me any coffee or water. I quickly told told my agent. He was so nice and apologize for the company and said that the manager would call me and address my concerns about her. But the manager only called one time and I returned his phone call but no response. So I felt he didn't care. But my car was perfectly done and I was pleased. I just didn't like that my car was a little dirty in the inside of the car. They could have done a better job of wiping up their mess.

I don’t as in a MVA and since then i have been so stressed. However calliber collisions has kept the process of fixing my car so easy for me. They kept me updated from the time i dropped off my car to the time i was able to pick it up. My car even got done earlier then expected.
