The first time I was called to pick up my car, the color did not match. So I was without my car for a second week. The second time I was called to pick up my car after being told the color was corrected, the paint still didn't match. The front bumper was replaced and the left side of the bumpers is not very sturdy. It feels really loose compared to the right side. There was also a roll of tape left under the hood of my car. We will be bringing back to get fixed and contacting our insurance company. So far it has not been very good experience considering you are a AAA approved company.

They didnt call me when the car was ready i had to call them. Later i went to go see my car and the paint was damaged and they wanted to give me my car like that. Since i didnt pick up the car that day because the car was damaged i had to keep calling them to check if my car was ready when they had told me it would be ready in two days. When i finally had recieved my car it had miles on it. This is the second time i bring my to your business and i always have a problem with you guys in city of industry.
