Pro: The work done is good, a 10 if... Con: The bumper was not completed as asked, there was a mixup where the center thought it was pre-existing damage... it was not. The center promised to resubmit for additional work. this was a week ago. I have called and asked for an update. No word back. this number can easily be a 10 if all the work is done.
