I had a fantastic experience at Caliber Collision! Carlos, my main point of contact, was amazing throughout the entire process. I got my car back 3 business days earlier than expected—5 days earlier if you include the weekend—which made my life so much easier. Carlos kept me updated every step of the way and really understood how important it was for me to get my car back quickly since I rely on it to commute to work. He went above and beyond to make that happen, and I’m so grateful. Big thanks to Carlos and the entire Caliber Collision team for their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!
