I chose Caliber because it was close and it worked close with the insurance of the person that hit my car. They did a beautiful job blending the paint and fixing the dent. Staff was friendly, kept me informed. Extremely professional.

Ray was great about keeping me up-to-date on what was going on working to get a hold of the insurance company to get problems figured out and got the repair done nine days faster than it was originally scheduled to be done which helped me out greatly with my rental car

Found drop off easy. Frequent communication during the repair process was nice (could have used a little bit more though) and made me feel involved. Pickup was easy and smooth. Overall a good experience with little negative experiences.
