Voy a hablar de mi experiencia. Tener un accidente de tráfico es muy abrumador y estresante. Cuando mi Aseguranza me dio a escoger entre varios talleres para reparar mi carro fui a revisar los reviews de cada uno. Todas tenía buenas y malas opiniones. Opté por Caliber Collision, déjenme decirles que mi experiencia con ellos fue excelente. En un principio me preguntaron que cómo quería yo que se comunicaran conmigo y yo opté mediante mensajes de texto. Fueron muy claros al dejarme saber que durante los próximos días iba a estar recibiendo entre 3 o 4 mensajes diarios y si, si fue así, a mi para nada me molestó al contrario estuvieron siempre informándome cómo iba el trabajo con mi troca. Tardaron alrededor de de tres semanas para entregarme mi troca, tal vez fue tardado pero hicieron excelente trabajo y quedé muy contenta. Kevin Lam fue una de las personas que siempre estuvo comunicándose conmigo. Gracias Kevin por tu dedicación a tu trabajo. SÚPER RECOMENDADO.

Odisho was very meticulous in his communications, updates and the car came back as new with all the repairs properly done. Especially, when there's insurance involved, Odisho made it seam easy and seamless. Also liked how Caliber makes the rental process easy to get and return too.
