It was a complicated situation with needing to take my vehicle to another location to be painted. That process happened smoothly and quickly. I had the wheel lock with me and needed to get it to them. We were able to have me bring it to the Seaside location and they took it in a parts delivery to Morgan Hill the same day. I really wouldn't expect most shops to do all of that smoothly. They totally did.

The repair and customer service are exemplary. I am taking a point off for how long the repair took. I do believe Caliber and it's representatives did everything they could to expedite the process as much as they could. They simply could not get parts quickly for a brand new 2025 Expedition.
