I have not driven the car yet after bringing it back from the shop since I do not go out that much (more so with corona virus going around). It drove well from the shop to my house, and the damages that showed from outside have all been taken care of very well. I was told that the damages were just external anyway.

I had a claim with another company close by in Morgan Hill, CA a while back. It took so long to get the job done I was stunned. They had my car for over a month. I felt the job was incomplete. I went with them because they were close by and I couldn’t move my car. This time I went to see Caliber Collision and what a difference. They completed the job in less than a week. It is flawless. I can’t tell the car was ever damaged. These guys also were there for me. They are outstanding. I will always use them in the future. They are so customer oriented. I love caliber collision.

My service advisor Jessica was great and provided great customer service. She kept me updated as best as possible. Caliber Collision is lucky to have such an awesome adviser. Companies succeed or bankrupted by the personnel they hire. The work on my car is another story. I understand that not all repairs are straight forward when dealing with unseen damages. A few years back my Honda Accord was involved in an accident where the damage was more extensive. I still have pictures for comparison. The Caliber Collision Ctr in San Jose repaired it for around the same estimate and the job was completed less than 3 weeks. This incident with my TL took 4 weeks .... AND the ending quality is subpar. There is some clear, semi-transparent overspray on my right, passenger door. You can see it in the sunlight. My gas cap compartment, which was originally black has some white residue/overspray caked on the inside. I would think that if you kept my car this long than I would have rcvd it back LIKE NEW. I’m very disappointed. Regards, LN
