I was very impressed with how professional the staff was. They were efficient in getting my car done a week early, communicated almost daily during the process so I knew exactly what was happening and they explained the process so that I wasn’t left guessing. My car looks great! They made this minor and unnecessary accident a thing of the past, so quickly. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with Caiber Collision!

Everyone was so nice. Coffee & water were offered. Jessica Aguayo offered to take the baby’s carseat out. She listened to my concerns and was very understanding and professional in explaining what exactly was going to be done. Reassuring me that she would make sure that she job would be done right.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Completed the repairs fast and beautifully don. It looks like a brand new bumper. Everything looks great and they even returned my car to me after a thorough cleaning inside and out.

The customer service was excellent. Being in an accident is a tad stressful but Daniel and the front office projected a sense of calm and cared about getting the work done right. They also made sure to clearly communicate the entire process so there was no sense of wondering what was happening. A lot of times it’s the people and how they made us feel that we remember. Not the material things.
