All service staff members at the Caliber Collision center are very professional and courteous. The car body repair required time and and details of repairs and parts requirements, along with associated cost were explained to me very well. I was offered for a Uber ride call for returning back home. My car was repaired impeccably, and can not tell it was ever damaged. There was a reminder for returning for service if car painting fades, or if calibration causing additional issues. The waiting room at the service center had multiple types of refreshments while I was waiting. There were daily updates from texting for my service progress. Odasho also personally called me several times to update me. I can't ask for a better service. Well done, and I appreciate all of your company's attention to details! Thanks so much! -Mike

Very professional from start to finish, and always kept me in the loop/up-to-date, and explained everything very clearly. Also, very convenient that they took care of my rental car for me! They seem to have a great system and are well organized. They cleaned up my car really nicely before returning it to me too! Overall, very satisfied.
