It took way too long. I understand supply chain slow ups but every week it was something different. Then on the ride home had a random part fly off the car. Still waiting on return call for that. Staff was friendly and this was most likely a one off situation but I would not recommend based on my experience.

Caliber Collision went above and beyond my expectations. The entire process from scheduling to the quality work to the coordination of the rental and pick-up were better than expected. It made what could have been a big hassle into something that was smooth and seamless. Our technician - Patrick - was particularly helpful in expediting the fix given our rental situation. He showed a lot of care for the client and the quality of work. A+

The person who helped me was Robert. He was so thorough and stayed in contact with me the through the whole process. So professional…gave me confidence in my choice of using Caliber. The Caliber Collision team in Morrisville did a fantastic job getting my car in and getting the repairs completed as quickly possible as well as looping me in throughout the repair process. Great interactions with the staff and greatly appreciate this process being smooth and fast. Overall I would recommend anyone who has been in a car accident to get their car replaced here.

Great experience with the receptionist and the guy that did the walkthrough/ explained what was done to the car. Both were very personable, easy to speak with and answered any questions I had. Great communication and a speedy turnaround time made it a pleasant process.

Everything was great with excellent communication and delivered faster than anticipated. The only disappointment is that I expected my car to be washed and cleaned as a part of the overall process. It want clean going in, but with the recognition that all of this work had been done on it, to come back and have it not be cleaned fresh as part of the process was quite disappointing. It is minor detail overall, but one with an impact.
