Communication was fantastic. You got us in quick. The time for the repair work was timely and you let us know how the process was going along. The body work was seamless and the paint matched. Not bad for a bright yellow Fit. We didn’t have to rent a car during the repairs, to add another thang to worry about. One suggestion - to plug in the front driver side headlight before delivery.

Changed the bumper in one week of time. The bumper paint was good enough and it should have painted the engine door painted to look same as bumper paint

I had a great experience I dropped my car off 1/22 expected return was 2/14 my car was ready for pick-up on 2/01. My car literally looks brand new, staff is wonderful and the lady at the front desk was sooo nice and accommodating. I love the updates throughout the service. Would I recommend this location to anyone? Absolutely great staff overall great experience. Thank you!!

My experience with Caliber Collision in Morrisville went so smoothly! Everyone I encountered was so professional, helpful and kind. Marcia helped me coordinate getting my car towed and got me in faster than I expected. Robert kept me informed every step of the way and was so patient with all of my questions. The team there is outstanding! I hope I never NEED to use them again, but if I do, I will certainly return.
