Caliber was very proactive and responsive. They kept us up to date constantly. We never had to call and ask for an update. Our car was ready earlier than expected, and everything looked great. They were upfront and honest about the delay in parts, and did not give us any unrealistic expectations which we appreciated. If ever needed again, we will definitely be using Caliber Collision. The customer service was great!
