It took 1 month to get my car back. When I got my car back there were issues. My car did not sound/feel like this when I dropped it off. Caliber said nothing they can do to fix the issues when they spoke to my insurance. Overall the repair fine just really disappointed my car did not sounds/feels the same when I dropped it off.

Absolutely one of the best automotive collision shops around. From the beginning, they explained the process of getting my SUV repaired to factory standards. They foind great options to keep the costs intact without sacrificing quality. Perhaps best of all, they kept me informed of progress from beginning to end. My SUV was completed on time, to the day to be exact. When I picked it up yesterday, it looked like brand new. Beautiful job, as if it was never in an accident. I strongly recommend. There are other collision shops in the area who do good work but the quality of Caliber's work and their entire stsff is second to no one! A special thank you to Brian Marshall for his personal attention of the repair.
