Manny was great keeping me posted on the progress of the repairs to me truck. It took 4 weeks to get all the parts required to make the repairs and he contacted me at least once a week on every Thursday with a very descriptive update. Fantastic service from Manny.

In short…top notch customer service and top notch work!!! As a client, unfortunately my communication wasn’t that great…… however Ronnie and his team did an AMAZING job at keeping me updated on the progress and communicating any concerns that came up. I personally had a lot going on and it was an extremely overwhelming time but their customer service remained consistent and truly helped take off a lot of the stress off my shoulders instead of making me feel uncomfortable or adding more to my plate. Thank you to you all for really being supportive in the process from being patient, consistently providing great customer service and for making me truly feel like a valued customer even tho this was my first interaction with this spot! They did a brilliant job at fixing the repairs and can’t even tell it was in a small fender. Highly highly highly recommend!

Timing is everything. First I waited a month before my vehicle was called in, which I understand since you’re so few technicians at Caliber Collision Center. But after you take the car shouldn’t take too long to put back together. The vehicle only had a bent fender, why would you keep the car for another month? 2. When I reported that I was suspecting that the hard steering was as a result of something they probably did at CCC, your technician couldn’t advise me over the phone and asked me to bring the vehicle into the shop. Just a waste of my time: in ten minutes they returned with the car and stated that there’s nothing they could have done to the power steering system. Not even the fluid was checked. On a plus side, I got continuously updated about the repair, and your technician Ms. Burke is great human connection and professional. Your space is small but well maintained. You don’t have people of color working at Caliber Collision Center, why? Try them and see what greater human ingenuity they bring to your organization. Overall I took away 3 points from your final review. Thank you
