It is my son's vehicle. Maybe the questionnaire should be directed to him. I don't drive the vehicle. But he did say it runs quite well and he has no problem with the repairs only that the dashboard lights are on.

I recently had body work done on my truck at Caliber Collision in Mount Airy, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, communicative, and clearly takes pride in the quality of their work. They walked me through the repair process, kept me updated with progress photos, and made sure I understood the timeline and costs. When I picked up my truck, the results were outstanding. The paint matched perfectly, the body lines were clean, and you’d never know there had been damage in the first place. They even detailed the truck before returning it to me, which was a great touch. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, transparency, and customer care this well. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back to the Mount Airy Caliber Collision team in the future. I have had to take the van back multiple times since getting it back because the blind spot monitoring system isn’t working. I was told the problem was the mirror, but after trying 3 different ones they are now saying it’s a sensor. Additionally the door that they fixed does not operate smoothly. I’ve mentioned it to them but they don’t seem to be listening about fixing it. The rep helping me with my vehicle repairs has however, been very responsive and courteous, and is great to work with. I think the issue lies with the folks doing the repair and not the customer service interaction.

The completion of repairs took twice as long as originally quoted, stating several cars came in with similar issues. This was explained on the eve of previous deadline dates. Also, they repeatedly assured me that the cost of the rental car was being covered by them and I ended up being charged for it by the rental car company. I advised them of the charge and am now waiting to be reimbursed by them.

The staff at caliber is always very accommodating and easy to work with and the communication is great. even accommodated me coming in to pick up my car on a non working Saturday for my convenience. The workmanship is amazing also

The staff made this experience very smooth. The communication the spot on and the service was great. They have a great partnership with Enterprise to help Ensure a smooth transition when dropping off and picking up a rental car. Easy peasy. Also it was nice that the body shop vacuumed my entire car. It was a nice touch and it wasn't a surprise. I would absolutely recommend this shop and Enterprise.

Everyone was great on the phone, but we received zero communication across 2 weeks of the car being there. No texts, no calls, no emails. I had to call to get any information. Justin was awesome in person when explaining everything they did to my car.
