I mean, they did a spot on job with the color blending. But I don't feel confident that my engine compartment or any parts replaced have all the screws and pieces in place, and that's scary!

They never contacted me about progress with my vehicle. After a week it was finally ready for pickup. They left off the pin stripe and were not even going to point it out, nor did they ask me ahead of time what my preference would be able leaving it off or doing some sort of replacement. After getting in the car I found 3 screws in my cup holder. I have no idea where those were left off from. Then we looked under the hood today and found multiple pop clips left off, meaning certain parts in the engine bay are unanchored, and at least one shield component is completely missing! This is pretty ridiculous!

Please be advised that the KIA is my wife's car and we picked it up on Friday afternoon 10/20/2023 and she only drove it home from your place of business. We were out of town till Tuesday and she's only driven the KIA a couple of times. I'd like to give her a chance to drive it for 30 days before we give you our opinion on the service. But I will say, we feel for the most part we were satisfied in the way you conducted the repairs to my wife's KIA.
