Great customer service. All parts of the process were efficient and smooth. I was assigned one person who was my contact through the whole process. I received progress updates. The car was completed in the stated time frame. I felt taken care of and didn't have to chase them.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. They took the time to explain the repairs to me and answered all of my questions. My car was done in a timely manner and completed on time even though they found additional repairs that needed to be done. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.

All the employees that I had contact with were exceptionally kind and helpful. Manny (Emanuel) was very knowledgeable about his job, repairing to painting to detailing. My new painted rear bumper looks so good on my car. Their prices are comparable to other repair shops in our area, but Caliber employees were more knowledgeable and kind than some repair shops I visited. It felt like a family atmosphere from the first time I walked in to the shop. I woul definitely use them again if the need should arise.
