After submitting the vehicle to Mt Airy Collision, we were informed a week later that the business had been sold to Caliber. I think we were in the perfect storm of transition. Would I have liked better communication? Yes. Like the car finished sooner? Yes... But I understand why, and am still happy with the process and work done.
