This is the 2nd time I have used this CC center and have had a great experience both times. Rudi Escobar is knowledgeable about his job and makes sure that the customer understands the repair process. He was always available to answer questions and concerns. I wouldn’t recommend them to any friends or family because they charge too much and they didn’t do a good Job. There’s a part of my car that they didn’t fix and now it’s malfunctioning.

The work that was done on the car was not done good the car had no engine problems or lights on before it was taken to the shop after the work was done the car started having problems with the engine the light came on and the car is not running properly. I had an appointment to check why the engine light came on but they didn’t fix it or give me anything to say what was with it.

Caliber collision did amazing work with fantastic and speedy service! My only complaint is that it was very expensive. $10K to fix a rear bumper and door seems high to me.
