My boss (CEO @ Aerospike) highly recommended this place! I brought my car here after being hit in November by an uninsured motorist (yikes!) and trusted Richard Gonzales at Caliber Collision with my Volvo XC90! He took great care to insure that my car was returned in AMAZING condition. It looks brand new now! I was so thrilled when I picked it up and very happy at the results! Richard was professional and kind and took great care to text me often with updates on what was happening with my car, as well as when it might be ready for pick-up. Maria at the front desk was very kind as well! Great job CC! I will recommend you to anyone in need of auto repair in the future!!

My vehicle was returned to me with an unprepared dent (later fixed with PDR) and loose weather stripping (also subsequently fixed). More concerning, however, what that the vehicle was also returned with an inoperative cooling fan and low coolant level. This resulted in an overheating incident when my wife was driving. The vehicle had to be towed to the dealer for diagnosis and repair. The manager at Caliber was very proactive and immediately covered all costs for the work, which I appreciate. Regardless, none of this should not have happened in the first place. The score of "5" is reflective of the rapid recovery efforts that were undertaken and would have been a "1" if there had not been such a professional and immediate appropriate response.
