Richard Gonzalez was great. He kept me abreast of the timeline and I got my car back before the Jan 1st New Year's holiday. I also liked that the rental car ppl could pick me up from Caliber Collision and take me to the rental car place. When I dropped off my rental at Caliber upon return, the rep at the front desk told me she closed my rental out, so I wouldn't be charged more time. Great customer service all around!

My car was hit for the 3rd time in six months but this time my car was not drive-able. But Calliber too my car in right away took me to get a rental and had my car done in a week. My car looked brand new like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend this shop!

The manager addressed my issue right away when I brought the car in. The service rep Joe was very patient, listened to my concerns, and explained things well. I was informed timely about the progress of the fix. The delivered car looks like brand new in and out! Appreciate the hard work and great service!
