Rudi was very good at keeping me informed about the progress of the repair, and the shop went to bat for me with my insurer to make sure the right parts were used. The car looks like it did the day I bought it.

They were able to inspect my car quickly after the incident. Rudi, my advisor, was polite and thorough in explaining the initial estimate and in keeping me updated as the full inspection revealed that more work was needed. The company worked with my insurer to make sure that the best parts were used. Because of the damage that was only discovered when they began work, the car was delivered a few days later than initially promised, but Rudi kept me informed and always offered to provide a rental car. They restored my vehicle so well it looks new. I hope never to need them again, but would not hesitate to entrust my vehicle to them.
