Considering what I went through with the car accident not that it’s anyone’s fault that I got into an accident but just a simple fact that I went to this place trying to skip over Waukegan because you can’t trust anyone in Waukegan thinking that this was a better shot now that my car doesn’t turn straight being told that they had to do two alignments now what I need another alignment that’s kind of insane. I shouldn’t have to go back to a shop constantly especially when they’re over 20 minutes away from my house now I’m forced out of my car because it was once perfect. Now it’s not and I just over the whole process.

Really good paint job. Some issues with the door not set right. My alignment better when I brought it in. Now it’s worse than what it was after getting the car back. decided to sell it at this point and not go further with any more repairs.

They were quick to fix my car. They dealt with the insurance payments and I didn’t have too. I received texts to let me know the stages my car was being repaired at. I got my car back sooner than expected. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car beautifully. Thank you!

Took too long due to the wrong fender being ordered. Reordering correct one and then sending that one to be painted added 5-7 days to process. Then the wheel well trim came in damaged and that had to be reordered adding another 4 days. Even though my policy covered the extra days of car rental that should’ve happened. I have shared this info with my claims adjuster.
