I really appreciated how quickly everything was done and how, when I unfortunately had something come up and couldn't return the rental car for a few extra days someone spoke with the insurance and helped make sure it was covered. This place will definitely be my go-to recommendation for anyone who needs some work done.

They did a nice job on the repairs and I'm satisfied with the end result. I think the cost came in higher than expected, and the communication in the end could have been a little better. But overall, good experience and I would use Caliber again (though I obviously hope to never have to do so!).

The entire process was a mess. When I went to drop my car off, I was told the original estimate was never submitted by Caliber, delaying my repairs by 2-3 weeks. The estimator claimed that due to the mechanism of damage (vandalism), extra insurance clearance was needed. After calling my insurance, they said things had already been approved and extra approval was unnecessary. I then called Caliber to reschedule a drop off, and was given a pitch on the employee's "professional opinion" that it would be best to wait another week to drop my car off. During this employee's pitch, he also mentioned things such as "time on lot", indicating the real reason for delay was it hurts the companies repair time statistics. I then had to relay information between my insurance and the shop just to get an estimate submitted, when I was told they would submit everything. When I called for updates, the employees were often confused throughout the entire process, not knowing the status of my estimate, approval, repairs, etc. Upon picking up my car after receiving notice my car's repairs were done, the repairs were incomplete. I was then told "we owe you" and that I would have to bring my car back in to get the last part repaired. I was told the delay was due to a shipping issue. Later that night, I received a phone call from a Caliber rep indicating that the correct part wasn't ordered in the first place. Ultimately, there was a complete lack of attention to detail during the repair process and left me feeling as if my car's repairs were put the side and not treated with priority.

They took more than 2 weeks to deliver my car. The original estimate was 7 days. Also there is no update from caliber collision for delayed or anything else. I need to take follow up every time. Geico app was showing wrong date of delivery every time.no real time update or changes update in App or over the phone/ text Highly disappointed for considering caliber collision.
