Receiving the car back with bare minimum car was expected but the car was returned back just with the fix and all dirty ,as it was under sun and dust for 2 weeks! Over all experience with the staff is exceptional.

There are too many other options out there. Customer service that is all about why the work wasn't completed correctly is nonsense. Particularly when I was told, "it'll be good as new" at drop-off. Telling me at pickup that the panel is bubbling because it was only put on with double sided tape and clips and that it was hot outside, was not what I was expecting, nor is it acceptable to me. I can't imagine that it's acceptable to you. So, in the end I wouldn't recommend someone go there

Had to be redone because the panel was bubbling. The excuses were silly. If it isn't good work, the reasons are irrelevant

Again, excuses don't matter. It was a long road to get to fixing the problem. I was told "it wasn't like that during QC check. It never would have passed." And my personal favorite, "it was hot outside".

Excellent body repair from rear end collision. Looks like new. We appreciated how Caliber Collision coordinated with our insurance and car rental. Caliber even delivered our car to our home when finished and picked up our rental car. Highly recommend.

Well coordinated. Only hiccup was when they called to say our car was ready for pick-up, but when we arrived we were told it would not be ready until the next day - but they did arrange to deliver our car to our home. Well done.
