It was the small details that kept me from giving you a 10. Overall I would still recommend you for repair work.

They forgot to touch up a small scratch on the front fender. Also, I can see swirl marks where they repaired the paint when I'm in the sun.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the person who took my appointment sent me to the wrong office (801 vs 701) but the lady in the front office was nice and helpful was still be able to sign me in to my appointment.

The work that was completed was very good. However the work that was requested to be done outside of insurance wasnt completed and Caliber did not return our phone call to discuss
