I would never recommend this facility to anyone. They don’t communicate with customers and just hand off cars they don’t want to have in their shop. They didn’t even cal me to tell me they were handing my car over to the insurance company, even After I told the lady I had more stuff to get out. Very unprofessional

Was promised my stereo, speakers and backup camera would be removed. Also was promised the car was mine until I signed it over, yet Caliber collision handed over my car to the insurance company BEFORE my belongings were removed.
