They were mediocre. Missed initial damage prolonging the repair process and ordering of additional parts needed. Then when I went to pick it up there was a piece of the bumper sticking out. They said they would order the part and I could come back and they could quickly swap it out but they never reached out to me about the part.

Additional damages were made on my vehicle on the complete other side of the vehicle to where the original damage was. The price was triple of what was originally quoted, because of the additional work that was done on my vehicle that really wasn't needed, my Rhino lining was interrupted in the bed of my truck and a lower and cheaper grade was sprayed on my bed and the tailgate not even being sprayed. Not sure why the same exact grade of the OEM Rhino lining or the most comparable wasn't used.. for a small fender bender, i was inconvenienced and truck gone away for a month. I've had more work done correctly in less time in the past. My interior seats were left super dusty and not vacuumed and cleaned from whatever they were doing inside the truck and for whatever reason, my brake fluid was bone dry to the point it took entire 12 oz bottle to top it off and i have no leaks.. Price gouging and poor craftsmanship at it's best....

Often the staff from my poc to the actual Labors were out of office and i was told on more than one occasion that technicians will need to be called in. I explained the inconvenience of additional time with me needing a truck as i only had a small rental car not comparable to my truck as i use my truck to haul and additional functions and i was told that i may want to look at upgrading to a truck rather than since the delays were coming from Caliber, that they upgrade the vehicle for the inconvenience
