Car looks great. Process was easy with the rental car and state farm. The time frame was a little long, but I understand that employees got sick. Would definitely come back, although I hope I never need to.

Everyone at Caliber Collision on River Road in Naperville is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From Kate, the office manager, to Victoria R who prepared and explained my estimate for repairs, to the staff member who painted my car - everyone is very professional and highly skilled! I received regular texts updates regarding progress on repairs. Plus my Buick repairs were completed 2 days earlier than expected. My car looks brand new!! I also appreciate Kate being clear about care of my car’s new paint job!

Overall I was very happy with the work. My car looks great. The automated email "updates" were frustrating because they provided NO details. I'd rather not get them and just get the voicemails with the details (that sometimes were left hours after the email...resulting in a frustrating interim). When my completion date was pushed back 1 week, I asked about how that would affect the numbers and was told that things were being reworked to try and reduce the increase. I appreciate this effort but would have liked to get an updated quote sent to me with the specific numbers. I am truly thankful to the porter that found my school ID and keys when he was vacuuming out my car! Please pass along my thanks for the level of detail - I had been unable to find them before I dropped the car off!
