There were a few hiccups that were addressed at time of pickup and day after. But overall satisfied with the service and willingness to correct any misses. Great customer service! Shout out to how awesome and friendly Kate is at the front desk!

I received a detailed assessment and estimate of damage. I was given a timeline for the repair. I was kept abreast of the progress of the repair via text messages. I was given a thorough debrief on the repair and warranty. I left Caliber Collision fully satisfied!
