The repairs themselves are excellent. But as we were taking possession, we noted a couple of bright red lines about 3" long and separated by about 6" or so on the back of our vehicle's lift gate. They were like red marker stains but more difficult to remove, who I was able to do with some wax and buffing. Unfortunately, however, there are also some scrapes that can be felt that are located between where the red lines were marked. They aren't easily visible but are certainly present. It's like a garage door or some other metal barrier didn't clear and was brought down on the very back of the car. Those scrapes and the red lines were definitely not there when the car was left for service. I'm disappointed by the situation, but relieved the damage isn't very noticeable.

Repair work was excellent, as was customer service and the facility. My issue is that the back hatch of our SUV was slightly damaged by the company. When we took possession after the repair, we noticed two vertical dark red lines spaced about eight or ten inches apart. Like someone had taken a marker and drawn in the back. These marks were absolutely not there when we took the car in. We went home and I was able to use wax and rub them off with a little work. I didn't think much of it, but then I also noticed that between the marks, there were some vertical scrapes on the paint that couldn't be buffed out. I feel like a garage door was lowered and scraped the car in the back. I'm disappointed and likely won't be returning.
