I had a great experience with this body shop. They were extremely professional and kept me informed every step of the way, which made the entire process stress-free. Kate and Victor were amazing to work with, both were very responsive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and I knew the repair status in real time. Communication was great and so were all the people I interacted with. Did not originally plan to have them do the repair but am really glad I did. Highly recommend them based on my own experience.

I recently had my car get damaged by a hail storm. It dinged my car all over and shattered my back window! State farm was awesome and recommended Calliber to me! I visited them, they took me in right away and made the process super easy! Im not car savvy so I trusted their judgement! They had this cool collaboration with enterprise so I could get a rental and they would pick me up and drop me off so I didnt have to Uber all over the place which was really neat! They fixed my window and the dents, now my car looks like its brand new! To top it all off...THEY CLEANED! I know that seems like a weird thing to be excited about lol But I went in for hail damage and I figured that was all they were going to do! Dents and glass! But nope! The whole inside of my car is spotless and smells like new! Second reason im excited about that is...in all honesty, the inside of my car was kinda nasty! I wouldn't be surprised if the team was cursing me out behind the scenes and rightfully so lol I travel for work and live out of my car...at least one meal a day for the last 6+ years was in the car. Not to mention i transported spare parts, tools, junk etc from one location to another. If I was told a raccoon lived under my seat or something I wouldnt have been surprised ha ha So finding out the team went above and beyond to clean that blew me away! I couldnt be happier with the service, speed and quality of this team and will definitely recommend them to others should the situation arise! Thank you all for helping me with my car and apologies for anything you found living under my seats! (Jk)
